Two men have been arrested and charged in connection to a theft and attempted theft of all-terrain vehicles from a Brookhaven business.

On Monday, Oct. 16, a side-by-side ATV was stolen from Road and Track Powersports on Dale Trail. On Sunday, Oct. 22, someone attempted to steal another side-by-side from the same business.

Brookhaven Police Department arrested two men Saturday, Oct. 28, in connection with the crimes.

Twenty-one-year-old Tate Alan Speights, of Monticello, was charged with one count of grand larceny. Brookhaven resident Janson Kelly Miller, age 20, was charged with two counts of grand larceny.

The case remains under investigation.
