A family-friendly event is floating into Lincoln County with “Circus Pop! The Giant Bubble Show.”

Iowa-based performer Logan Jimenez will present two performances of his one-man show at the Lincoln Civic Center Wednesday, Jan. 17, at 5 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

A veteran circus performer, Jimenez created the show after working years with such big names as Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey, Showtime, and The Overture Center.

The 60-minute shows are filled with a combination of bubble artistry, magic tricks and circus stunts. Audiences will see Jimenez create giant 20-foot-long bubbles, eat fire, create a bubble volcano, contort his body through a tennis racket, and put five people inside a single soap bubble.

MSN said there is “a whole lot to love at Circus Pop! The Giant Bubble Show,” and The Toledo Blade said Jimenez “is creating the next generation’s greatest show on Earth.”

A portion of the tickets for the all-ages show will go to RIP Medical Debt, which buys medical debt from collectors and forgives the debt of the patients. To date, The Giant Bubble Show has raised enough money to forgive more than $65,000 in medical debt.

Tickets for the Brookhaven show range from $6 to $14 for general admission, and $21 to $26 for VIP tickets. Tickets are available at giantbubbleshow.com
