Entergy Brookhaven office welcomes new customer service manager

Entergy Mississippi has appointed a new customer service manager in Brookhaven, with Fisher Warren.
Warren serves customers in and around the city, including Monticello, McComb, Hazlehurst, Crystal Springs and Prentiss. Previously, he worked for two years in systems and designs as an electrical and instrumentation & controls engineer at the Grand Gulf Nuclear Station.
A graduate of Mississippi State University with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Warren was also an engineering intern during his college years at Grand Gulf and the Brookhaven Entergy office.
Three other new customer service managers have taken roles in Mississippi for Entergy, as well: Mitchell Johnson in Vicksburg; Alicia Richardson in Pearl; and Andreal Turner in Greenville.
Entergy Mississippi LLC provides electricity to approximately 461,000 customers in 45 counties. The Entergy Corporation serves 3 million customers in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas, and is headquartered in New Orleans.
