The winner of the 2024 Congressional Art Competition is Theo Cooper, a senior at Mississippi School of the Arts in Brookhaven. His winning project was titled “Blue Sky Barn.” U.S. Rep. Michael Guest (R-Miss.) made the announcement.

“Theo is a great artist, and I am proud that his work will be displayed at the United States Capitol,” Guest said.
