Trees, power lines and temperatures drop in Tuesday evening storm

The powerful storm that moved through Brookhaven and Lincoln County in the early evening hours Tuesday dropped temperatures from the 80s to the 60s, ripped dead limbs from trees, and took down some trees, which in turn downed some power lines. At least one vehicle suffered damage from a downed tree on South Jackson Street.
