The Brookhaven police officer who was allegedly car-jacked last week now has been accused of setting his own car on fire.

According to WAPT, Jarius Davis, 29, reported his 2015 Chevy Malibu being carjacked on March 24. Fire officials told the news station that the car was found burning at Catalina Drive and Valencia Street at 4 a.m.

Davis initially reported a man stoled his car at gunpoint after he had pulled over to fix a flat tire. At that point Davis said that he fired his gun several times.
