The Lawrence County Cougars (4-1) completed their three game homestand with a 28-0 win over the Franklin County Bulldogs (0-5) on Friday night in Monticello.

The Cougars went up 7-0 early in the game on a Perez Tyler touchdown run and then added to that in the second quarter when they blocked a Bulldog field goal attempt and ran it back for a touchdown. Senior Brian Bogan would get the scoop and score on the blocked kick.

Lawrence County led 14-0 at halftime.
