Funeral services for Bessie M. Ezell, of Meadville, are 11 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 15, at New Hope Baptist Church in Meadville, with burial in the church cemetery. Franklin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

     Visitation is Wednesday from 5 until 9 p.m. and Thursday from 10 until 11 a.m. at the church.

     Mrs. Ezell, 75, died Nov. 12, 2012, at King’s Daughters Medical Center. She was born in Bude on May 10, 1937, to John and Anna Watson Lee.

     She was an active member of New Hope Baptist Church. She was a homemaker and a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

     Preceding her in death were her parents; and brothers, John E. Lee Jr., Charles E. Lee and Hilton Lee.

     Survivors are her husband, Charlie Ezell; daughters, Valerie Aldridge and husband, David “Clutch”, of Meadville, Sharwyn McDonald and husband, Wayne, of Carrollton, Ga., and Stacy Junker, of Greenwell Springs, La.; sisters, Jessie Marie Terrell and husband, Pete, of Roxie, and Billie Ann Auld and husband, Clyde, of Natchez; brother, Freddie Lee, of Meadville; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
