Funeral services for Linda Lou Wallace, of Bogue Chitto, are 11a.m. on Wednesday, March 30, at Brookhaven Funeral Home Chapel onNatchez Drive, with burial in Arlington Baptist Church Cemetery.Brookhaven Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Tuesday from 5 until 8 p.m. at the funeralhome.

Mrs. Wallace, 71, died March 25, 2011, at University Medical Centerin Jackson. She was born in Lawrence County on Oct. 11, 1939, toHollis and Helen Newsome Williamson.

She was a clerical worker with the government. She was a member ofArlington Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, BernardWallace; and her sister, Virginia Graham.

Survivors are her sons, Barney Russell, Jr. and Lawrence Russell,both of Bogue Chitto; her sisters, Kathlene Petty and Peggy Gene;and her half-brother, Hollis Williamson Jr., of Monticello.
