Services for Earl C. Lofton of Brookhaven are 11 a.m., Monday,March 11, at Ramah Baptist Church with burial in the churchcemetery.

Visitation is Sunday, March 10, from 2-8 p.m. at BrookhavenFuneral Home and Monday, March 10, from 10-11 a.m. at thechurch.

Mr. Lofton, 82, died Saturday, March 9, 2002, at Silver CrossNursing Home. He was born in Lincoln County on July 14, 1919, tothe late Pearly and Lois Taylor Lofton.

He was retired from International Paper company in Natchez. Hewas a member of Ramah Baptist Church.

Preceding him in death was his sister Doris Price.

Survivors are his wife, Velba Humble Lofton of Brookhaven; hissons, Craig Lofton of Magee and Kenny Lofton of Magee; hisdaughters, Carol Mixon of Jackson and Barbra McKlemurry ofBrookhaven; his sister Louella Kornegay of McComb; and sevengrandchildren.
