Services for Deborah Ann Gerald of Brookhaven are 2 p.m.,Wednesday, Sept. 17, at Mission Hill Baptist Church with burial inthe church cemetery.

Visitation is Tuesday from 4-9 p.m., at Brookhaven Funeral Home,and Wednesday from 1-2 p.m., at the church.

Mrs. Gerald, 50, died Sept. 13, 2003, at Walthall CountyHospital in Tylertown. She was born in Lincoln County on March 16,1953, to Bill Morgan and Myra Mitchell Morgan of Brookhaven.

She was a homemaker, and a member of Mission Hill BaptistChurch.

Along with her parents, survivors are her husband, Keith Geraldof Brookhaven; her daughter, Brandy Myers of Brookhaven; her sons,Jeremy Blakeney and Dusty Gerald, both of Brookhaven; hergrandchildren, Brittnee Blakeney and Dallas Myers; and her specialaunts, Mary Crane and Elma L. Lovette.

Lee Norris Middlebrook Jr.

Services for Lee Norris Middlebrook Jr. of Monticello are 11a.m., Thursday, Sept. 18, at Friendship Missionary Baptist Churchin Monticello with burial in Quinn Temple COGIC Cemetery.

Visitation is Wednesday from noon – 5 p.m., at WilliamsMortuary, with family hour from 6-8 p.m., at Quinn Temple COGIC inMonticello.

Mr. Middlebrook, 49, died Sept. 11, 2003, in Lawrence Countyfrom injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was born inLawrence County on Aug. 4, 1954, to Lee Norris Middlebrook Sr., andCelestine Middlebrook.

He was employed at Georgia-Pacific for 15 years, and was an Armyveteran. He was a member of Quinn Temple COGIC.

Preceding him in death were his parents.

Survivors are his wife, Detra Middlebrook of Monticello; hissons, Stephen Jamar Atterberry, Lee Norris Middlebrook III, JustinRashad Middlebrook, Brandon Jamal Middlebrook and Alan JosephMiddlebrook, all of Monticello; his sisters, Eloise Robinson ofDetroit, Mich., Gloria June Greenwood of Corpus Christi, Texas,Beverly Thomas and Sally Beatrice Middlebrook, both of MissouriCity, Texas, Marlene Bailey of New Orleans, La., and Angela DeniseMiddlebrook of Dallas, Texas; his brothers, Carlanditt KeithGreenwood of Corpus Christi, Texas, and George Anthony Middlebrookof Placentia, Calif.; his mother-and-father-in-law, Mr. and Mrs.J.C. Atterberry of Monticello; and many aunts, uncles, nieces,nephews and other relatives.

Norris “Donald” Miller

Services for Norris “Donald” Miller of Brookhaven are 2 p.m.,Wednesday, Sept. 17, at Bethel AME Church with burial in RosehillCemetery.

Visitation is Tuesday from noon – 7 p.m., with family hour from7-8 p.m., at Williams Mortuary.

Mr. Miller, 56, died Sept. 11, 2003, at Countrybrook LivingCenter. He was born in Lincoln County on Feb. 2, 1947, to Willie”Skillet” Miller and Hazel Miller.

He was disabled. He was a graduate of Alexander High School, anda member of Bethel AME Church.

Preceding him in death were his parents and a stepson, RichardWashington.

Survivors are his wife, Birdean Miller of Brookhaven; hissister, Belinda Quarles of Brookhaven; his brother, Kenneth Millerof Jackson; his stepdaughter, Cynthia D. Washington of Brookhaven;his stepsons, Sammy E. Washington, Charles Washington, Carl L.Washington, George M. Washington, Thomas A. Washington and WilliamWashington, all of Brookhaven, David L. Washington of Hammond, La.,and Walter Washington of USAF, Germany; a very special aunt,Antionett Buie of Brookhaven; four stepgrandchildren; a nephew; anda host of other relatives and friends.

Howard Moore

Services for Howard Moore of Jackson were 11 a.m., Tuesday,Sept. 16, at Concord Baptist Church in Franklin County with burialin the church cemetery. Services were conducted by the Rev. JamesCase. Hartman Funeral Home of McComb was in charge ofarrangements.

Mr. Moore, 74, died Sept. 14, 2003, at VA Nursing Home inJackson. He was born in Lincoln County on Sept. 25, 1928, to Edgarand May Belle Howard Moore.

He was retired from International Paper Company in Natchez,where he worked in the finishing department for over 20 years. Helater worked in construction as an iron worker. He was an Armyveteran and a longtime member of Concord Baptist Church.

Preceding him in death were his parents; his brother, SamuelEdgar Moore; and a sister, Marie Mulford.

Survivors are his daughter, Penny Moore of Natchez; his sisters,Bernice Cotten of Meadville, and Neola Thornton and Yvonne Myers,both of Smithdale; his stepsons, Jimmy Rachelle of Texas, andJohnny Rachelle of Natchez; his sister-in-law, Mildred Moore ofNatchez; and many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Pallbearers were his nephews.
