Graveside services for Frank Calcote of Columbia, Mo., are 2p.m., Sunday, Aug. 3, in Calcote Cemetery. Brookhaven Funeral Homeis in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Calcote, 65, died July 28, 2003, at University of Missouriin Columbia, Mo. He was born in McCall Creek on Jan. 26, 1938, toBurton M. Calcote and Bessie B. Lofton Calcote.

He owned and operated Lamb’s Jewelry Store in Columbia, Mo. Hewas a graduate of McCall Creek High School. He was charterpresident of Columbia Evening Lions Club, and district governor forLions International in 1997 and 1998. He was a member of TwilightLodge No. 114 A.F. and A.F.M., Scottish Rite-Valley of Columbia,White Shrine and York Rite Shrine.

Preceding him in death were his parents.

Survivors are his daughters, Audrey S. Calcote of Hallsville,Mo., and Cindy L. Palmer of Jayess; his sons, Ralph B. Calcote ofHallsville, Mo., and Terry Calcote of Columbia, Mo.; his sisters,Ann Smith and Fay Smith, both of Brookhaven; his brother, WillisCalcote of Pensacola, Fla.; 12 grandchildren; and fivegreat-grandchildren.
