Services for Woodrow W. Ainsworth of Brookhaven are 1 p.m.,Saturday, June 15, at Brookhaven Funeral Home Chapel with burial inGum Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation is today from 5-9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Ainsworth, 83, died June 13, 2002, at Natchez RegionalMedical Center. He was born in Brookhaven on Dec. 31, 1918, to JohnAinsworth and Ester Brewer Ainsworth.

He was retired as produce manager from A & P. He was amember of First Baptist Church, where he was a member of the ZackMoak Sunday School Class. He was an Army veteran of WWII.

Preceding him in death were his parents.

Survivors are his wife, Palmae J. Ainsworth of Brookhaven; hisson, Donald W. Ainsworth of Brookhaven; his daughter, JaneAinsworth Smith of Brookhaven; his brother, W. B. Ainsworth of SimiValley, Calif.; his sister, Veatice Upton of Mendenhall; and twograndchildren and four great-grandchildren.
