Services for David Charles “Juke” Patton of Brookhaven are 11a.m., Saturday, Aug. 10, at Williams Mortuary Chapel with burial inHillcrest Cemetery.

Mr. Patton, 59, died Aug. 6, 2002, at his residence. He was bornin Brookhaven on May 5, 1943, to Estus Patton and RosieHarrison.

He was disabled.

Preceding him in death were his parents; his sons, WillieRichard Brothern and David Charles Patton Jr.; his brothers, WilliePatton, Clifton Thompson, and Alphonso Thompson; and his sister,Daisy Patton.

Survivors are his son, Tyrone Brown of Brookhaven; hisdaughters, Michelle Patton of Champaign, Ill., and Donna LynnJackson of Marrero, La.; his brothers, Roscoe “Mickey” Patton,Edward D. Thompson, Wilford Omar Thompson, and Essie Lee Thompson,all of Brookhaven; his sisters, Dora Cameron and Patricia Breland,both of Brookhaven; and eight grandchildren.
