Services for Evelyn W. “Lovey” Scott of Meadville are 11 a.m.Monday, July 21, at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church with burial inthe church cemetery. Franklin Funeral Home is in charge ofarrangements.

Visitation is Sunday, July 20, from 5-9 p.m. at the funeral homeand Monday, July 21, from 10-11 a.m. at the church.

Mrs. Scott, 82, died July 18, 2003, at Franklin MemorialHospital. She was born in Amite County on Jan. 18, 1921, to thelate Henry Waller and Sheddie Lenoir Waller.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of Eddiceton BaptistChurch.

Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Robert B.Scott; two brothers; two sisters; and one great-grandchild.

Survivors are her sons and daughters-in-law, Robert Scott andhis wife Joan of Meadville and Ernest Scott and his wife Beverly ofMcComb; grandchildren, Tyler and Darby Scott of Meadville, JessicaCurtis of Meadville, Tara Scott Price of Summit and Melanie Scottof La Place, La.; and seven great-grandchildren.
