Services for Addie Marie White Smith of Hazlehurst are 11 a.m.,Friday, July 25, at First Baptist Church in Hazlehurst with burialin Hazlehurst Cemetery. Stringer Funeral Home is in charge ofarrangements.

Visitation is Friday from 10-11 a.m., at the church.

Mrs. Smith, 83, died July 23, 2003, at Hardy Wilson MemorialHospital. She was born in the Little Bahalia Community to Will andElla White.

She worked at City Drug Store for many years, was a homemakerand worked with her husband and sons at Smith’s Auto Repair. Shewas a member of First Baptist Church in Hazlehurst, where she was anursery volunteer for 25 years.

Preceding her in death were her parents and one son, VenceSmith.

Survivors are her husband, Willie M. Smith of Hazlehurst; herson, Jerry Smith of Mena, Ark.; three grandchildren and fivenephews.
