Noah Dale Smith, 38, died Monday, Aug. 23, 2010.

He was a professional muralist, sign-writer, and scenic artist withLocal IATSE 478 (New Orleans).

He is survived by his parents, Billy Dale and Julie; sister, Penny(Stephen); niece and nephew, Olivia and Will; grandmother, MaryLou; aunt and uncle, Jimmy and Geraldine, and cousin, Emily.

He was preceded in death by his aunt, Ruby; and grandparents,Lessie and Robert, and Trenton “Bill.”

The family requests no flowers or plants, but rather donations madeto Blair E. Batson Children’s Hospital in Noah’s name to benefittheir Art Therapy program(https://cmn.umc.edu/donations2.html).

Cremation has taken place.

A luncheon celebration of his life will take place at noon onFriday, Aug. 27, 2010, at Macedonia Baptist Church in Brookhaven.Friends and family are invited to come at that time.

A Jazz Funeral celebration will take place on his birthday in NewOrleans. All are invited to Second Line.
