Funeral services for L.D. Pittman, of Monticello, are 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 21, at Bethany M.B. Church in Jayess, with burial in the church cemetery. Williams Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.

     Visitation is Friday from 1 until 6 p.m. at the funeral home.

     Mr. Pittman, 72, died April 18, 2012, at his home. He was born in Lawrence County on Dec. 18, 1939.
