Robert Clifton Moak

Funeral services for Robert Clifton Moak, of Brookhaven, are 1 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 3, at Gum Grove Baptist Church, with burial in the church cemetery. Riverwood Family Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.

     Visitation is Sunday from 5 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home and Monday from noon until 1 p.m. at the church.

     Mr. Moak, 85, died Dec. 1, 2012, at Silver Cross Home. He was born in Mississippi on June 21, 1927, to Robert Hardy and Lillie Mae Roberts Moak.

     He was a member of Gum Grove Baptist Church. He adored his church and was adored and loved by his church.

     Preceded him in death were his parents; brother, Jack Moak; an infant brother; sister, Letha Nations and husband, Wesley; and nephew, James Moak.

     Survivors are his sisters, Christine Gibson and husband, David, of Bogue Chitto, and Retha Smith and husband, Kermit, of Baker, La.; sister-in-law, Rita Moak Watson, of Brookhaven; nieces and nephews, Larry and Renee Echols, Terry and Suzanna Gibson, Dicky and Donna Smith, Vicki Moak, Richard and Tanya Nations, Mike and Sandra Griffith, Scott and Kathy Nations, April Moak, Henry and Lisa Little and Donna and David Smith; and a host of great-nieces and nephews.
