Services for Lydia Mae Anding “Coote” Case of Brookhaven are 4p.m., Sunday, Feb. 27, at Brookhaven Funeral Home Chapel withburial in Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Case, 84, died Feb. 25, 2005, at her residence. She wasborn in Franklin County on March 3, 1920, to Martin Redrick Andingand Myrtis E. Durr Anding.

She was a retired homemaker. She was a member of MacedoniaBaptist Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, CarlosCase; a son, Phillip Ray Case; two sisters, Lillian Case andMildred Estele Sanford; and two brothers, Willie Anding and BennieAnding.

Survivors are her daughters and sons-in-law, Palma Jean andPercy Wilson, Marcia Renee and Dennis Bowman, and Rebecca “Becky”and Rayborn Bowman, all of Brookhaven; her sons anddaughters-in-law, Samuel and Evonne Case, Carlos Glen and JuaniceCase, and Roger Vance and Edie Case, all of Brookhaven; her sister,Alice Sanderford of New Iberia, La.; her brother, James Anding ofBreaux Bridge, La.; 13 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; andtwo great-great-grandchildren.
