Services for Maggie Nell Owens of Brookhaven are 2:30 p.m.,Monday, Nov. 11, at Damascus M.B. Church with burial in CarverHeights Cemetery.

Visitation is Sunday from noon until 7 p.m., with family hourfrom 6-7 p.m., at Williams Mortuary.

Mrs. Owens, 66, died Nov. 5, 2002, at King’s Daughters MedicalCenter. She was born in Copiah County to Otha Cain and EmmaHarris.

She was retired after 30 years with King’s Daughters MedicalCenter in the dietary department. She was a member of Damascus M.B.Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents; and her husband, theRev. Tyree Owens.

Survivors are her sons, Tony Gilmore and Zenus Owens, both ofBrookhaven; her daughter; Viola King of Jackson; her brother, JohnRogers of Sacramento, Calif.; her sisters, Annie Delois Holmes ofChicago, Annie Pearl Childs and Annie Lois Knight, both ofBrookhaven, and Annie Pearl Taylor of Spring Lake, N.C.; and 12grandchildren.
