Services for Charles William Durham, of Brookhaven, will be heldat 10 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 17, at Brookhaven Funeral Home onJackson Street with burial in Big Springs Baptist Church Cemeteryin Lincoln County.

Visitation is Wednesday from 5 until 9 p.m. at the funeralhome.

Mr. Durham, 60, died Jan. 14, 2008, at the University ofMississippi Medical Center in Jackson. He was born in Pittsburg,Tenn., on April 3, 1947, to Leonard Durham Sr. and Ollie KateHousley Durham.

He was a painter. He was a member of Big Springs BaptistChurch.

Preceding him in death were his parents and his infant daughter,Tabitha Durham.

Survivors are his wife, Virginia Dunaway Durham, of Brookhaven;his son, William Lilly Durham; his daughter, Angela Durham; hisstepchildren, Patsy McClain and Jessie Wallace, of Bogue Chitto;his brothers, Owen K. Durham and Leonard E. Durham; his sisters,Leona Hickey, Susie Wills and Rosie Garner; his stepmother, ImogeneDempsey Durham; and many grandchildren.
