Services for Robert G. “Bob” Morris of Brookhaven are 11 a.m.,Wednesday, Sept. 4, at Hartman Funeral Home Chapel in McComb withburial in Whittington Cemetery in Amite County.

Visitation is today from 5-9 p.m. and Wednesday from 9-11 a.m.at the funeral home.

Mr. Morris, 84, died Sept. 1, 2002, at his residence. He wasborn in Ferriday, La., on May 12, 1918, to Mr. and Mrs. GreenMorris.

He was an employee on riverboats and barges. He was a member ofNorthview Baptist Church in Brookhaven. He was a Navy veteran.

Preceding him in death were his parents; one brother; and sixsisters.

Survivors are his wife, Lavelle Williams Morris of Brookhaven;his daughter-in-law, Renee Morris Enlow and Michael of Chatawa; hisgrandchildren, Michelle Bailey of Jackson, and Hailey Morris Enlowand Jeshurun Enlow, both of Chatawa; and a host of nieces andnephews.
