Services for Hosmer Cameron Jr. of Brookhaven are 2 p.m.,Sunday, Jan. 26, at St. James M.B. Church with burial in CarverHeights Cemetery.

Visitation is Saturday from noon until 6 p.m. at WilliamsMortuary.

Mr. Cameron, 76, died Jan. 18, 2003, at Charlton MethodistHospital in Dallas, Texas. He was born in Smithdale to HosmerCameron Sr. and Mosella Cameron.

He was a retired construction foreman for DeViney ConstructionCompany. He was a member of St. James M.B. Church, where he servedas an usher.

Preceding him in death were his parents; his brother, Ray F.Cameron; his sister, Ollie Mae Cameron McGee; and his stepson,Charles Ray Bouie.

Survivors are his wife, Fannie Cameron of Brookhaven; his son,Hosmer Cameron III of Brookhaven; his daughters, FrancesCameron-Collins of Dallas, Texas, and Dorothy Nell McGee ofBrookhaven; his brother, James Cameron of Brookhaven; his sisters,Pearl L. Black of Brookhaven and Pearlene Hooker of Natchez; hisdaughters-in-law, Cynthia Diane Cameron and Patricia Bouie, both ofBrookhaven; his son-in-law, Basil Collins of Dallas, Texas; hissister-in-law, Dora Ann Cameron of Brookhaven; and fivegrandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and many nieces andnephews.
