Peggy Sanderford Greenlee

Peggy Sanderford Greenlee, 72, of Summit, died Oct. 16, 2010, atCrossgates River Oaks Hospital in Brandon.

Mrs. Greenlee was born on Nov. 27, 1937, to Walter and CarrieSanderford.

She was a graduate of Hinds Junior College where she was acheerleader and a beauty. She worked for Deposit Guaranty Bank inJackson and McComb for several years. She and her husband foundedStatewide Pools in Summit and Brookhaven in the early 1970s. Mrs.Greenlee was a longtime member of First Baptist Church of Summit,which she loved dearly. She was also an avid gardener and animallover.

She is preceded in death by her parents; one brother, BillySanderford; and one grandson, Christopher Odonnell.

Survivors include her husband of 44 years, Bobby Greenlee; one son,Kirt Greenlee and his wife, Amy; one daughter, Kristy Andrews; twosisters, Jean Bombich and her husband, Tony, JoAnn Curry and herhusband, John; four grandchildren, Tori Odonnell, Lexi, Lacey, andLainey Greenlee; one great-grandson, Andrew Haren; and numerousnieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation is Thursday from 1:30 until services at 2 p.m. at FirstBaptist Church in Summit. Dr. Larry LeBlanc will officiate.
