Funeral services for Queen E. Middleton of Brookhaven, are 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 22, 2012, at Della Green M.B. Church with the Rev. Edward Dillon officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery. A repast will be held immediately after services at the Rev. Samuel L. Brown Activity Center at Mt. Wade M.B. Church, 749 Jackson St.

     Visitation is Friday from noon until 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Family will be present from 6 until 7 p.m.

     Mrs. Middleton, 86, died on Sept. 14, 2012, at McComb Nursing and Rehabilitation. She was born on June 16, 1926, in Lincoln County.

     Preceding her in death were her parents, John Levi Sr. and Wynemia Frelix Levi; her spouse, Edwin W. Middleton; four brothers; four sisters; and one grandchild.

     Survivors include her daughter, Josie E. Moore of Brookhaven; a son, Charlie Middleton and wife, Mary, of Brookhaven; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a host of other relatives and friends.
