Funeral services for Billie Joe White of Wesson are 10 a.m. on Wednesday, May 8, at Brookhaven Funeral Home on Natchez Avenue, with burial in Wesson Cemetery.

Visitation is Tuesday from 5 until 8 p.m. and Wednesday from 9 until 10 a.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. White, 92, died May 5, 2013 at Courtyard Rehabilitation and Healthcare in McComb. She was born in Amite County on June 1, 1920 to Steven Franklin Wiltshire and Julia McDowell Wiltshire.

She was retired from the Potter Co. and was the oldest member of Wesson Baptist Church, where she was very active in the WMU. Mrs. White also enjoyed being a member of the Cake Club of Wesson.

Preceding her in death were his parents; husband, James Clifton White; son-in-law, Cecil Walker; and brother, Steve Edward Wiltshire.

Survivors are her two sons, Michael White, and wife, Vickie, of Wesson, and James Earl White, and wife, Virginia, of McComb; and two daughters, Carol Walker, of Magee, and Sylvia Eavenson, and husband, Pat, of Wesson. James Earl and Sylvia are twins.

Mrs. White is also survived by two brothers, Bob Wiltshire and Joe Wiltshire, both of Wesson; five grandchildren, Amy Walker, and husband, Dewayne, Mark White, and wife, Angie, Kim Chisolm, and husband, John, Stephen Walker, and wife, Misty, and Susan Walker; seven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Wesson Baptist Church.
