Services for Robert Perry Welch of Flora, formerly ofHazlehurst, are 1 p.m., Monday, Feb. 23, at Baldwin-Lee Chapel inJackson with interment in Heuck’s Retreat Baptist Church Cemetery.Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Sunday from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m., at the funeralhome.

Mr. Welch, 61, died Feb. 19, 2004, at his residence.

He was a cattle rancher. He was a member of Heuck’s RetreatBaptist Church.

Survivors are his wife, Elaine Welch of Flora; his daughter andson-in-law Marie and Mark Cockroft of Carthage; his son, RobertWelch Jr., of Canton; his sister, Laura Ramage of Canton; twonephews, Douglas Ramage of Canton and Timothy Ramage ofWinterspring, Fla.; and eight grandchildren.
