Services for Roy Colenburg Sr., of Roxie, are 11 a.m. Saturday,July 1 at Bethlehem Baptist Church in the Hamburg community nearRoxie, with burial in the church cemetery. Marshall Funeral Homewas in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Friday from noon until 5 p.m. at the funeral homein Bude, and on Saturday from 9 a.m. until the time of the serviceat the church.

Mr. Colenburg, 52, died June 24, 2006, in Columbia. He was bornin Franklin County on Nov. 1, 1953, to Junior Colenburg and CoraLee Huff Colenburg.

Preceding him in death were his father and his grandparents,John and Lissie Huff, and Calvin and Rosie Sanders Colenburg.

Survivors are his mother, Cora Lee Huff Colenburg; his wife,Alice Stewart Colenburg; his children, Aretha Stewart, AkethaStewart, Shonterrie Colenburg, Stephanie Colenburg, Beatrice Hunt,Dorothy Nichols, Roy Colenburg Jr., Curtis Colenburg, Tony EarlNichols, Marcus Stewart and Willie Nichols; his sisters, MableDorsey, Deloris Colenburg and Judy Huff Newborne; his brothers,Louis Huff, Calvin Colenburg, John Huff and Bobby Lowe; his 19grandchildren; his godson, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces,nephews, other relatives and friends.
