Services for James Franklin “Frankie” Hayes, of Bogue Chitto,are 10 a.m. Monday, June 14, at Riverwood Family Funeral ServiceChapel with burial in Eurata Cemetery in Laurel.

Visitation is Sunday from 5 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Hayes, 52, died June 11, 2010, at his residence. He was born inPascagoula on Dec. 12, 1957.

He was retired. He was of the Baptist faith.

Preceding him in death was his father, James Joshua Hayes; hissister, Joann Hayes; his stepfather, Tom Pharris; and hisstepmother, Erma Hayes.

Survivors are his wife, Rosia Darlene Hamilton; his mother, BobbieJoyce Pharris; his sons, Shaun F. Hayes, Mitchell W. Hayes, CharlesUpton and Daniel Upton; his daughter, Jessica M. Hayes; hisbrother, Lester “Pete” Huber; his sisters, Diane Gramm, ShannonFloyd, Patty Russell and Lora Robinson; his grandson, Hunter WadeHayes; and several very special nieces and nephews.
