Services for Carl Boone of Jackson are 2 p.m., Tuesday, Sept.26, at Emmanuel Church of the Nazarene with burial in RosemontGardens Memorial Park.

Visitation is noon today at the church. Wright and FergusonFuneral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Boone, 87, died Sept. 24, 2000, of heart failure at BaptistMedical Center. He was born in Jayess and had lived in Jacksonsince 1947.

He was a retired minister. He was a member of Emmanuel Church ofthe Nazarene. He was active in church and nursing home ministriesfor 50 years.

Survivors are his wife, Vera Boone; his daughters, FrancesRichie and Katie Norman, both of Jackson; his brother, Nileon Booneof Monticello; and one grandchild and one great-grandchild.

Jeffrey Benjamin “Benji” Harvey

Services for Jeffrey Benjamin “Benji” Harvey of Monticello are 1p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 27, at Wilson Funeral Home Chapel withburial in Roberts Memorial Cemetery.

Visitation is Tuesday, Sept. 26, from 2-9 p.m. and Wednesdayfrom 8 a.m. until service time at Wilson Funeral Home.

Mr. Harvey, 23, died Sept. 25, 2000, of injuries sustained in anautomobile accident in Copiah County. He was born in McComb on July13, 1977, to Jeffrey and Rachel Harvey of Monticello.

He had recently graduated from Mississippi College with aB.S./B.A. with concentration in marketing with a 3.25 gradeaverage. He was a member of Topeka Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his grandmother,Billie Hewitt of Jayess; and a host of family and friends.

Linda Kay Smith McKee

Services for Linda Kay Smith McKee of Brookhaven are 2 p.m.,Wednesday, Sept. 27, at Central Baptist Church with burial inFriendship Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation is Tuesday, Sept. 26, from 5-9 p.m. at BrookhavenFuneral Home and Wednesday from 1 p.m. until service time atCentral Baptist Church.

Mrs. McKee, 55, died Sept. 25, 2000, of heart failure at herresidence. She was born in Brookhaven on Aug. 25, 1945, to DenmanSmith and Ina Mae Smith.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of Central BaptistChurch.

Preceding her in death were her parents; and her brother, JewellSmith.

Survivors are her husband, Charles Wayne McKee of Brookhaven;her daughters and sons-in-law, Veronica and Jeff Richardson ofBrookhaven and Lisa and Geoffrey Hodgson of River Ridge, La.; herbrother, Howard Smith of St. Joseph, La.; and her grandchildren,Ashton and Anna Brooke Richardson of Brookhaven and Olivia andLilly Hodgson of River Ridge, La.
