Services for Opal Irene Watson of Wesson are 2 p.m., Saturday,Oct. 7, at Stringer Funeral Home with burial in Rocky HillCemetery.

Visitation is today from 5-9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Watson, 65, died Oct. 5, 2000, of heart failure at BaptistMedical Center in Jackson.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of Rocky Hill BaptistChurch.

Survivors are her sons, James Watson and Daniel Watson, both ofWesson; her daughters, Wanda Newman and Peggy Lowery, both ofWesson, and Brenda Odom of Hazlehurst; her brother, Rayford Beardof Wesson; her sister, Hilda West of Hazlehurst; and 12grandchildren.
