LAKE – The Lake Green Hornets won their second straight gameover the Bogue Chitto Bobcats Friday night with a 10-0 victory.Lake now advances to the second round of the South State 1ABaseball Playoffs.

Bogue Chitto, the Division 7-1A champ, finishes the season witha 12-7 record. Lake improved to 23-6.

The winning pitcher was Craig Martin who improved to 8-0 on theseason. Barrett Wallace was the losing hurler.

The Bobcats collected six hits in the loss.
