Services for Robert Roy Smith of Brookhaven are 2 p.m. Monday,July 9, at Harrigill Funeral Home Chapel with burial in EasthavenCemetery.

Visitation is Sunday, July 8, from 3-7 p.m. at the funeralhome.

Mr. Smith, 85, died Friday, July 6, 2001, at King’s DaughtersMedical Center. He was born in Wesson on June 5, 1916, to the lateLawrence and Eula Smith Smith.

He was a retired federal government employee. He was a member ofMt. Zion Baptist Church. He was a World War II veteran of the U.S.Army.

Preceding him in death were his parents and wife, Annie Mae DunnSmith.

Survivors are his son, James Clayton Smith Jr. of Wesson.
