Services for Helen Louise Rollins Halford of Roxie are 2 p.m.,Friday, Sept. 20, at Bude Church of God with burial in the churchcemetery.

Visitation is Thursday from 5:30-9 p.m. at Franklin Funeral Homeand Friday at the church from noon until service time.

Mrs. Halford, 74, died Sept. 17, 2002, at Franklin MemorialHospital. She was born in Franklinton, La., on March 15, 1928, toStanton Rollins Sr. and Docia Corban Rollins.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of Bude Church of God.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, WesleyHalford; and four brothers and three sisters.

Survivors are her son and daughter-in-law, James and DorisHalford of Meadville; her daughters and sons-in-law, Louise andJerry Combs and Polly and Ernie Platt, all of Roxie, Maxine andJimmy Buie of Meadville, Doris and John Foy Sr. of Belle Chase,La., and Bonnie and Huey McGeever of Louisiana; her brother,Stanton Rollins Jr. of Meadville; her sisters, Eunice Norris ofMeadville and Jeffie Mae Norris of Franklinton, La.; and 12grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
