Services for Mae McKinney Hester of Roxie are 2 p.m., Tuesday,Jan. 7, at Franklin Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Mt. CarmelCemetery.

Visitation today is from 1-2 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Hester, 80, died Jan. 5, 2003, in Natchez. She was born inFranklin County on May 2, 1922, to Ben McKinney and Myrtle HallMcKinney.

She was a retired dispatcher for the Franklin County sheriff’soffice. She was a member of Hamburg Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, JosiahHester; her son, Bob Hester; and three brothers and one sister.

She is survived by a host of nieces and nephews.
