Services for Doris Fay Parkman of Monticello are 10 a.m.,Wednesday, June 23, at Wilson Funeral Home with burial in ArmBaptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation is Tuesday from 5-9 p.m., at the funeral home.

Mrs. Parkman, 66, died June 21, 2004, at her residence. She wasborn in Monticello on March 26, 1938, to Luna Bell Lambert.

She was a retired store manager with Bill’s Dollar Store inMonticello. She was a member of Arm Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death were her mother, one sister and onebrother.

Survivors are her husband, James Parkman of Monticello; herdaughters and sons-in-law, Donna and Phillip Reaves of Tuscumbia,Ala., and Kathy and Frankie Boyles of Monticello; her sons anddaughter-in-law, Ricky and Michelle Parkman of Moulton, Ala., andTodd Parkman of Moulton; two sisters, Wauline Langford of Slidell,La., and Mary Nell Howell of Monticello; two brothers, Willie EarlPeavey of Metairie, La., and Conley Peavey of Topeka; and 11grandchildren.
