Services for Sarah E. Courtney, of McComb, are 1:30 p.m. Monday,Nov. 14 at Restlawn Funeral Home in Avondale, La., with burial inRestlawn Cemetery.

Visitation is today from 9 to 10 a.m. at Riverwood FamilyFuneral Services.

Mrs. Courtney, 70, died Nov. 12, 2005, at Silver Cross Home. Shewas born on July 19, 1926, to Irvin Case and Eva May Case.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of the Baptist faith.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, DefrainCourtney; and a son, James Ables.

Survivors are her sons, Shelby Ables, of New Orleans, andHarrell Ables and his wife Nancy Ables, of Wesson; his daughters,Patsy Smith, of McComb, Glenda Forest and her husband, Lionel, andEva Rodrique and her husband, Las, all of New Orleans; a host ofgrandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces andnephews.
