Nelline Summers Williamson

Nelline Summers Williamson met her Lord and Savior Aug. 17,2006, at her residence, Camellia Estates in McComb, Miss.

Visitation was Saturday at 10 a.m. until service time of 11 a.m.at Hartman Funeral Home of McComb, with Dr. Mack Amisofficiating.

Mrs. Williamson was born Sept. 9, 1913, to Sarah Elizabeth andBennett Summers in the Mt. Moriah community in Lincoln County.

She grew up in Mt. Moriah and met and married Warren WalterWilliamson, Oct. 13, 1933. Nelline Williamson was a homemaker andwas very involved with her children and extended family. She was anequal partner with her husband in the family business, MagnoliaState Flower Growers.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband WarrenWilliamson Sr.; oldest daughter, Barbara Nell Williamson; only son,Warren Williamson Jr.; and five siblings, Cecil E. Summers, WillardSummers, Winnie Summers Fox, Otis Bennett Summers and EuniceSummers Grenn.

Surviving daughters are Kay Williamson Barlow, of Tulsa, Okla.,and Nancy Williamson Andrews, of McComb.

Surviving grandchildren are Dr. Bradley Lawrence Barlow and wifeCarol, of Hickory, N.C., Buckley Williamson Barlow and wife Leanne,of Tulsa, Conrad Deaton “Deke” Andrews, of Colorado Springs, Colo.;Todd McDowell Andrews and wife Holly, of McComb, and Trey, Ben andHoward Williamson, of Virginia Beach, N.C. Survivinggreat-grandchildren are Cameron Leigh Andrews, of McComb, BennettLawrence and Joshua Barlow, of Hickory, Kimberly Moore, of Bedford,Va., and Katherine G. and Matthew Williamson Barlow, of Tulsa.

Other survivors are brother-in-law, Charlie F. Williamson, wifeMary Beth, and sons Chip and Andy and their families, of Milton,Fla.; nieces, Betty Herbert and husband Hurley, of McComb, MarjorieSummers Hodges and Coleen Summers Calendar, of Bogue Chitto.Nephews are Robert, Carl and Arnold Grenn and wives, Carol, Graceand Ginger, of McComb.

Pallbearers were Buckley W. Barlow, Todd Andrews, Robert Grenn,Carl Grenn, Arnold Grenn and Hurley Herbert.
