Carmella Baughman

Graveside services for Carmella Baughman, 76, are 2 p.m. Monday,Jan. 15, at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Baughman died Dec. 31, 2006, in Michigan, where she hadlived for the past two years with her older children. She was bornin Detroit, Mich., on Aug. 27, 1930. She moved to Mississippi in1976 with her third husband, Levy Baughman. She was a member ofEasthaven Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents, two sisters and onebrother.

Survivors are her nine children and a host of grandchildren andgreat-grandchildren, other family members and friends.

Jerry Shelton Brewer

Services for Jerry Shelton Brewer, of Natchez, are 2 p.m.Tuesday, Jan. 16, at Laird’s Funeral Home Chapel on Union Street inNatchez with burial in Natchez City Cemetery. The Revs. Bart Walkerand Jeff Brewer will officiate.

Visitation is Monday from 6 until 8 p.m. at at the funeral home,and on Tuesday from 1 p.m. until the time of the service.

Mr. Brewer, 68, died Jan. 13, 2007, in Natchez after a lengthyillness of progressive supranuclear palsy. He was born in McComb onSept. 16, 1938, to Otis and Frances Hill Brewer.

He was a retired logging contractor. He was a member of TraceRidge Baptist Church in Ridgeland.

Preceding him in death were his parents.

Survivors are his wife, Bobby Sue Brewer; his daughters, SusanB. Hicks, of Brandon, Deborah B. Mizell and husband Glenn, ofNatchez, Carolyn S. Brewer, of Brandon, and Trish B. Case andhusband Dusty, of Denham Springs, La.; his grandchildren, AmandaMizell Hodges and husband Ben, of Brookhaven, Kellie Case, BrittanyCase and Lindsay Case, all of Denham Springs; his great-grandsons,Josh and Grayson Hodges, of Brookhaven; his brother, Jimmie C.Brewer and wife Judy, of Natchez; and his sister, Patsy B. Ridge,of Pineville, N.C.

Pallbearers are Jack Sojourner, Louie Brown, Robert Dunn, BobbyHarrigill, Donald Roberts and Bill Fletcher.

Danny Miller

Services for Danny Miller, of Monticello, were 2 p.m. Sunday,Jan. 14, at Wilson Funeral Home Chapel in Monticello with burial inDivide Cemetery in Monticello.

Mr. Miller, 49, died Jan. 12, 2007, at his residence. He wasborn in Brookhaven on Dec. 3, 1958, to William B. Miller andFrances L. Lambert Miller.

He was disabled and had been an oil field worker. He was amember of Divide Methodist Protestant Church in Monticello. He wasa veteran of the U.S. Army.

Preceding him in death were his parents; his sisters, DustyWestbrook and Linda Patricia Miller; and his grandchildren, AndrewSloan Miller and Dustin Blake Miller.

Survivors are his son, Steven P. Miller, of Monticello; hisdaughter, Tracy Anderson, of Bogue Chitto; his brother, Kim Miller,of Monticello; his sisters, Billy Miller, of Monticello, and MaryHolloway, of Union Church; and his three grandchildren.
