Services for Moneto Burris, of Brookhaven, are 2 p.m. Monday,April 9, at Brookhaven Funeral Home Chapel, North Jackson Streetlocation, with burial in Concord Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Burris, 86, died April 7, 2007, at Haven Hall Health CareCenter. She was born in Franklin County on Jan. 20, 1921, to PolieAllred and Reddie McManus Allred.

She was a homemaker. She attended Central Baptist Church inBrookhaven.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, Albie L.Burris; her son, William Earl Burris; and her sister, AudreyMartin.

Survivors are her son, James Randel Burris and wife Terri, ofZachary, La.; her daughter, Margie L. Graham and husband Howell, ofTullahoma, Tenn.; her brothers, Alton Allred and wife Jackie, ofCrosby, and Nelson Allred and wife Matrice, of Port Arthur, Texas;her sister, Velma Smith, of Brookhaven; seven grandchildren; ninegreat-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews, andgreat-nieces and great-nephews.
