Annie B. Davis

Graveside services for Annie B. Davis, of Starkville, formerlyof Brookhaven, will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 12, atHillcrest Cemetery. Williams Mortuary is in charge ofarrangements.

Visitation is Friday from 1 until 5 p.m. at the funeralhome.

Ms. Davis, 56, died May 7, 2007, at Oktibbeha County Hospital inStarkville. She was born in Copiah County on March 27, 1951, toGeorge Davis Sr. and Sallie Ann Davis.

She was disabled.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her sisters, MaryWatson and Bessie Mae Young; and her brother, George Davis Jr.

Survivors are her nephews, Bruce Davis and Telshun Davis, bothof Brookhaven; her devoted niece, Martha Jackson Coleman andhusband James Jr., of Brookhaven; her other nieces, Shanece Watson,of Prentiss, Cynthia Belving, of Brookhaven, and Hattie Faye Young,of Jayess; her great-nephews, Jamie Jackson and Doniele Jackson,both of Brookhaven, and Johnathan Young, of Jayess; hergreat-nieces, Latarcha Catchings and husband Perry, of Hammond,La., and Kizzy Bester, of Jayess; and a host of other relatives andfriends.
