Graveside services for Mae Drane Harrison, of Clinton, were noonSaturday, July 5, at Lakewood Memorial Park. Lakewood Funeral Homewas in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Harrison, 96, died July 2, 2008, at her residence.

She was a retired bookkeeper for the Chevron Corporation. She was aresident of Clinton for 20 years and was a longtime member of theformer West Park Methodist Church before joining Van Winkle UnitedMethodist Church.

She loved the outdoors greatly and especially enjoyed gardening andfishing.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Charles Arthur Drane andKatherine Cagle Drane; her husband, Carl Harrison; three sisters,Sybil Avery, Bonnie Anderson and Dalma Douglas; and two brothers,D.B. Drane and C.H. Drane.

Survivors are her sister, Allene Drane, of Clinton; and severalnieces and nephews.
