A graveside service for Hugh Bernard King, of Madison, is 2 p.m.Monday, April 27, at Rosehill Cemetery.

Visitation is Monday from 1 until 2 p.m. at Harrigill FuneralHome.

Mr. King, 97, died April 24, 2009, at St. Catherine’s VillageRetirement Center in Madison. He was born on Aug. 9, 1911, to JohnHugh King and Medie E. Wade King.

He was a manufacturer of medical supplies and the owner of KingManufacturing Inc. in Memphis, Tenn. He was a U.S. Army veteranserving in World War II. He was of Methodist faith.

Preceding him in death were his parents; a wife, Katherine B.King; and his sisters, J.E. Morris and Medie E. Sewell.

Survivors are his two nieces, Treasure C. Stover and husband,Eric, and Kare C. Henley and husband, Dennis.
