Andrea Nicole Graves

Services for Andrea Nicole Graves, of Brookhaven, were 2 p.m.Sunday, Nov. 29, at Easthaven Baptist Church in Brookhaven.Breeland Funeral Home in Canton was in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Graves, 32, died Nov. 28, 2009, at Central MississippiMedical Center in Jackson.

She suffered a long hard but brave battle with diabetes and willbe greatly missed by all of those who loved her.

Survivors are her father, Randy Graves and wife, Theresa, ofNatchez; her mother, Jeanette Brown, of Brookhaven; her husband,Jonathan Skolsky, of Brookhaven; a daughter, Brooklyn Shea Skolsky,of Brookhaven; her brothers, Derek Wesley Graves, of Oxford, BradSmith, of Vidalia, La., and Jason Smith, of Pearl; and her sisters,Mandy Bell, of Brookhaven, and Miranda Graves, of Natchez; hermaternal grandparents, Gene and Evelyn Griffith and Norma Griffith,all of Brookhaven; and a paternal grandfather, Gene Graves, ofBrookhaven.

Services for M.L. Hudson, of Monticello, are 11 a.m. Saturday,Dec. 5, at Macedonia M.B. Church in Brookhaven with burial in RoseHill M.B. Church Cemetery in Bogue Chitto.

Visitation is Friday from noon until 7 p.m. at R.E. TylerFuneral Home in Brookhaven with family present from 6 until 7p.m.

Mr. Hudson, 101, died Nov. 26, 2009, at his residence. He wasborn in Lincoln County on May 4, 1908, to Lincoln Hudson and EmmaJohnson Hudson.

Preceding him in death were his parents; his wife, MaryClementine Putman Hudson; his sons, Randy, Harold, M.L. Jr. andJohn Houston; his daughters, Sandra and Teresa; his brothers,Frank, Denon, William, Olian, Goldman and Charlie; and his sisters,Eva, Josephine, Luannie, Minnie, Alice, Zula, Beulah, Dora, Alphiaand Mary.

Survivors are his sons, Paul and Albert Hudson, of Brookhaven,and King David Hudson, of Vallejo, Calif.; his daughters, MaryJohnson, Audrey Brown, both of Monticello, Hilda Rucks, of BogueChitto, Eva May and Mae Carolyn Nathaniel, both of Bogalusa, La.; abrother, Johnnie Hudson, of Brookhaven; and a host ofgrandchildren, great-grandchildren andgreat-great-grandchildren.

Helen Marie Clark Jones

Services for Helen Marie Clark Jones, of Brookhaven, are 11 a.m.Saturday, Dec. 5, at Siloam M.B. Church in Brookhaven with burialin the church cemetery.

Visitation is Friday from 1 until 6 p.m. at Williams Mortuary inBrookhaven.

Mrs. Jones, 62, died Nov. 28, 2009, at Hospice Ministries inRidgeland. She was born in Brookhaven on Oct. 13, 1947, to GeorgeClark and Virgie Mae Kelly Clark.

She was a 1965 graduate of Eva Harris High School. She wasretired. Mrs. Jones worked as a childcare provider with numerousfamilies and she also worked with King’s Daughters Medical Centeruntil her retirement. She was a member of Siloam M.B. Church.

Preceding her in death was her father, George Clark; a nephew;and her numerous aunts and uncles.

Survivors are her mother, Virgie Mae Clark, of Bogue Chitto; adaughter, Ashley Jones, of Brookhaven; a son, Jason Jones, ofBrookhaven; her sisters, Emma Clark Oliver, Lee E. Lyons and KimMagee, all of Brookhaven; her brothers, John H. Clark, GeorgeClark, Jerry Clark and George E. Newman, all of Brookhaven; herspecial godchildren and grandchildren; and her numerous nieces,nephews, other relatives and friends.

Otha B. Turner

Services for Otha B. Turner, of McComb, are 2 p.m. Saturday,Dec. 5, at St. Peter Rock M.B. Church in Wesson with burial in theOld St. John Cemetery in Wesson.

Visitation is Friday from 1 until 6 p.m. at Williams Mortuary inBrookhaven.

Mr. Turner, 80, died Nov. 25, 2009, at Southwest MississippiRegional Medical Center in McComb. He was born in Sontag on March12, 1929, to Joe Turner and Hattie Magee Turner.

He was retired.

Preceding him in death were his parents; and his brothers, D.S.Turner, J.H. Turner and Camp Turner.

Survivors are his wife, Mattie Mae Jackson Turner, of McComb;his sons, Charles Campbell, of Brookhaven, and Lamar Turner, ofMcComb; a daughter, Bessie Ledbetter and husband, David, of BatonRouge, La.; a brother, Terry Turner, of Shelby; his fivegrandchildren; and his 12 great-grandchildren.

Richard L. White Jr.

Services for Richard L. White Jr., of Monticello, are 2 p.m.Friday, Dec. 4, at Shiloh Baptist Church in Sontag with burial inthe church cemetery. Riverwood Family Funeral Service is in chargeof arrangements.

Visitation is Thursday from 5 until 8 p.m. at the church.

Mr. White, 57, died Nov. 30, 2009, at Lawrence County NursingCenter. He was born on Jan. 1, 1952, to Richard L. “Bud” White andChristine Davis White.

He retired a lab technician at G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VAMedical Center in Jackson. He was a member of Shiloh BaptistChurch.

Preceding him in death were his father, Richard L. “Bud” White;and his grandparents, Dick and Winnie White and Plummer and IdaDavis.

Survivors are his mother, Christine Davis White; his daughters,Amy White, of Minneapolis, Minn., Sarah White and Rebecca White,both of College Station, Pa.; his sisters, Wanda Caudill, MarthaFerguson and Peggy Schmidt, all of Monticello; and his threegrandchildren.
