Funeral services for Frankie Marie Montgomery, of Brookhaven,are 1 p.m. on Wednesday, July 7, at Riverwood Family FuneralService Chapel, with burial in Dublin Baptist Church Cemetery inCarson.

Visitation is Tuesday from 5 until 9 p.m. at the funeralhome.

Mrs. Montgomery, 78, died July 5, 2010, at King’s Daughters MedicalCenter in Brookhaven. She was born in Carson on April 24, 1932, toHouston McPhail and Rosetta Yates.

She was the retired owner and operator of Ed’s Cleaners. She was amember of Southway Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Houston and RosettaMcPhail; her brothers, Chester McPhail and Charlie McPhail; and hergranddaughter, Angela Autrey.

Survivors are her husband, Edwin W. Montgomery; her sons, Frank”Eddie” Montgomery and wife Tabbie, of Wesson; her daughter,Frances Elaine Leathers, of Magnolia; her sister, Ruby Dickens, ofCarson; her grandchildren, Mandy King and husband James, Holly Ivyand husband Shaun, Tiffany Smith and husband Jason, Trudy Leray,and Christi Vance and husband Will; her great-grandchildren, KatieMcNamee, Kelly and Amber Ivy, Daria and Dawson Smith, Seth, Clayand Caleb Leray, and Conner Vance; and numerous nieces andnephews.
