Funeral services for Lessie Waldon, of Brookhaven, are 2 p.m. onSaturday, Jan. 15, at Riverwood Family Funeral Service Chapel, withburial in Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery in Brookhaven.

Visitation is Friday from 5 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Waldon, 91, died Jan. 11, 2011, at Southwest MississippiRegional Medical Center in McComb. She was born in Mississippi onJan. 3, 1920 to James Prentice Bales and Mary Jane Stockton.

She was a supervisor with the Potter Company in Wesson. She was amember of Mt. Zion Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents, James and Mary Ann Bales;her husband, Floyd Waldon; and her grandchildren, Karen Lea andAlan Lofton.

Survivors are her daughters, Annette Lea and Geraldine Waldon; hergrandchildren, Randy Lea, Mike Lea, Timmy and Fran Lea, Jon andAgnes Lofton, Daniel and Carrie Lofton; and her sevengreat-grandchildren.
