Funeralservices for Lucy Jeane Brock Bolian, of Pearl River, are noon onSaturday, Dec. 10, at Riverwood Family Funeral Service, with burialin Bogue Chitto Cemetery.

 

    Visitation is Saturday from 10 a.m. until noon at the funeralhome.

    Mrs. Bolian, 80, died Dec. 8, 2011, at Canon Hospice in Jefferson,La. She was born in Mississippi on Sept. 6, 1931, to James Mitchelland Ollie Pearl Brock.

    She was a member of First Baptist Church of Brookhaven and VirginiaAtherton’s Sunday School Class. She was also a member of theGreenbrook Garden Club, Jaycettes of Brookhaven and was a SouthwestJunior College Cheerleader.

    Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, James A BolianJr.; and infant daughter.

    Survivors are her son, James A Bolian III and daughter-in-law,Tammy; daughter, Beverly Bolian Papania; special family friend,Anita Nettles; four grandchildren, Amy Smith Willing and husband,Chris, Patty Smith Hammond, Justin Bolian and Brock Bolian; andfour great-grandchildren.

    In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canon Hospice,Akula Foundation c/o Canon Hospice: 1221 South Clearview Parkway,Jefferson, LA 70121.
