A scorecard playoff determined first place in Thursday’s Senior Scramble at the Brookhaven Country Club as two teams shot 13-under par 57s. Taking the top rung was the team of Donnie Sasser, Mike Summrall, Justin Morgan, John Darington and Tommy Vice; over the team of Ira Motley, Mark Wilson, Mike Allen and Bob Stringfellow.

In third place at 12-under 58 was the team of Joe Williams, Ray Starnes, Gene Hardin, Gene Nesmith and Craig Crozier.

A total of 43 golfers participated in the scramble.

The scramble starts each Thursday at 9 a.m. Entry deadline is 8:30.
