Funeral services for Juana Salgado of Hazlehurst are 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 8, at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, with burial in El Salvador, Central America at a later date. Fr. Alphonse Arulanandu will officiate. Harrigill Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Friday from 5 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home and visitation and rosary are Sunday from 10 a.m. until noon, also at the funeral home.

Mrs. Salgado, 78, died June 4, 2013 at her home. She was born in El Salvador on Dec. 21, 1935.
